Unfortunately, that's a problem for a LOT of suburban communities in the collar counties. Somehow we just keep adding rules and more rules in some odd attempt at trying to create more order. All it does is create more chaos as people try to get around onerous rules. I would like to see a growing "less government, more results" movement in each of the suburban areas.   more ›
