My husband and I have been Downers Grove residents over the past 29 years.I have worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years  before starting Barbaras Elegant Touch Staffing in 2000.We provide event planning and catering in private homes. We have  created many memorable weddings, birthday parties and corporate events. You could say we are a soup to nuts kind of business. We love to help develop creative suggestions and ideas for your themed parties. We are more than catering consultants.We help you plan your budget, or work within your budget. My goal is to provide the utmost memorable and festive experince for my customers. I also staff servers and bartenders to people who might just want the professional touch of having servers of having servers and bartenders help out, even when they are providing their own food What I do  for a living is my passion.I play an active role in the community. I have been in the Downers Grove Chamber for  over 10 years and served on the board. I am also active in volunteering for different organizatons and serve as a secretary on the Hinsdale Womens Board , and I am a constant provider to the smile train.In my spare time I enjoy being with my family, friends, and my grandchildren. I look forward to providing party tips to the community.
