DUI Arrests: Police Blotter

Downers Grove police reports, Sept. 13-16

MONDAY, SEPT. 16

Speeding, DUI I

Emily R. Sulski, of the 800 block of Division, Lisle, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on the 1500 block of Ogden Avenue. Sulski was charged with DUI alcohol and speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. Her blue Honda Civic was towed from the scene to an impound lot, according to a police report. She was released on an I-bond and has an Oct. 16 court date in Wheaton.


SUNDAY, SEPT. 15

Speeding, DUI II

Marshall L. Mccann, 39, of the 2300 block of Sunnydale Drive, Woodridge, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. at Maple and Durand. Mccann was charged with DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a BAC greater than .08, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper lane usage and speeding. His white Nissan Frontier was towed from the scene to an impound lot, according to a police report. He was released on an I-bond and has an Oct. 25 court date in Wheaton.


SATURDAY, SEPT. 14

DUI, Improper Lane Usage

Jorge A. Gamboa, 23, of the 4N200 block of Wooddale Road, Addison, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. on Ogden Avenue at I-355. Gamboa was charged with DUI alcohol, improper use of turn signal and improper lane usage. His white Subaru Wrx Sti was towed from the scene to an impound lot, according to a police report. He was released on $300 bond and has an Oct. 25 court date in Wheaton.

Driving on Wrong Side of Road, DUI

Benjamin Roman, 68, of the 6400 block of Blodgett Avenue, Downers Grove, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. at Highland Avenue and 31st Street. Roman was charged with DUI alcohol and driving on the wrong side of the roadway. His white Chrysler 300 was towed from the scene to an impound lot, according to a police report. He was released on an I-bond and has an Oct. 23 court date in Wheaton.


FRIDAY, SEPT. 13

DUI, Failure to Signal

Carly A. Biddenstadt, of the 7000 block of Camden Court, Downers Grove, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on the 6200 block of Springside. Biddenstadt was charged with DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a BAC greater than .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to signal. Her white Hyundai Sonata was towed from the scene to an impound lot, according to a police report. She was released on an I-bond and has an Oct. 9 court date in Wheaton.
