Disorderly Conduct

Luis U. Rodriguez, 40, of the 200 block of Woodstock Avenue, Clarendon Hills, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at a grocery store on the 6200 block of Main Street. Police were dispatched at 4:36 p.m. for a report of someone who refused to leave the store.

A store manager was alarmed and disturbed when he saw Rodriguez intoxicated and yelling at customers and employees as they walked passed him, according to a police report. The manager said he would sign a complaint.

"I attempted to speak with Luis Rodriguez but he was very uncooperative," the officer said in his report.

Rodriguez was handcuffed and taken to the Downers Grove Police Department for booking. He was charged, released on I-bond and assigned a Sept. 18 court date in Wheaton.
